Development: 9 two-bedroom terraced houses

The Success of our Rutland Road was a testimony of the appeal of Mt Wellington.  Lunn Ave is a short walk from the Rutland Road development and is even closer to transport and shops.  Our market analysis indicated that this location would appeal most to young couples due to the convenience.  As this demography is only just starting their career and will have limited buying capacity, we decided it was best to create small economical two-bedroom houses with good visual appeal and efficient layouts.

One of our design intentions was to pay respect to the Maungarei (Mount Wellington).  We achieve this by tailoring the bulk and visual dominance to complement the mountain landscape.
