Development: 7 three-bedroom terraced houses

Sitting on a pristine 819sqm corner site overlooking a golf course, our Grange Road project is indeed a development gem.  Located in a neighbourhood pocket bounded by a golf course and sea inlet, there was an air of peacefulness at Grange Road.  The value of this site cannot be overstated.

​The obvious development proposition for a similarly sized land would be five to six terrace houses sharing a new shared driveway along the rear of the site with gardens facing the street.  However, our in-house technical staff and skilled external consultants were able to produce working designs for seven lots.  This was achieved by taking advantage of having two street frontages to allows for vehicle access on multiple points such that a shared driveway was not required.  This massive saving in space resulted in much better utilisation of land and provided significantly improved amenities to residents.
